Welcome to my page, I trained as a Nursery Nurse/Nanny in 1998-2000 obtaining a BTEC National Diploma in Early Childhood Studies. I went on to work as a Nanny and Nursery Nurse. I then obtained a 2:1 BA Hons degree in Human Services before training to become a Social Worker and working as a family support worker. I have worked in the public sector for around 20 years supporting a variety of children and their families in varying roles.
I am fortunate enough to be a mother of two beautiful children and since having my children I wanted to be able to help other parents get some much needed sleep. I have experienced sleep problems first hand, so know only to well how important sleep is for everyone in the family and the detrimental impact it can have if you are sleep deprived.
I completed a Diploma in Children's behaviour in 2021 and a level 4 OCN baby sleep consultant course in 2022.
I am based in Suffolk, UK but with the wonders of technology i am able to support families worldwide. I work one on one with families to build a plan that works uniquely for them.
