A 60-90 minute phone call/video call which is a full analysis and review of your child's current day/night routine. This includes a questionnaire and sleep diary. Identification of the problems and a bespoke sleep plan emailed to you. 14 Days full support via text, WhatsApp messages/voice notes, emails unlimited. Plus 2 x 30 minute follow up calls to be used within 3 months of the start of sleep training. Price of package = £585
